Lyrical Collage-Photoshop

  Working on this was fun and simple as I've grown familiar with Photoshop due to past failures. As soon as we were told to do a lyrical collage the idea of a car on an open road popped into my mind. Something about the sense of freedom and independence I feel whenever I'm behind the wheel of a care always soothes me.

  The original image simply has the Lamborghini facing away from us. The balloon, yacht, incoming car and the words on the license plate along with the quote at the top where done by me (and I actually had fun doing it, who would of known?). Adding these various elements didn't take too long. I've grown accustomed to using the "Quick Selection" and "Refine Edge" tool. The only hard part was playing around with the image colors trying to fit them in without making them look too photoshopped.
Another tool incorporated in this project was one we learnt in class on Monday the 15th April. To give the incoming car the look that it was just turning into view I used the layer mask "reveal tool". This came in very handy.
